Pricing:

Prices advertised do not include shipping, this will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times:

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

2-3 days turn over until the order will be processed. You will receive a notification email that your order has been shipped. You will have chosen to have your items shipped with or without tracking. We currently ship within Australia with Auspost. If you require International shipping, please email directly to thetrolleystrap@gmail.com

Payment:

Payments made via credit card (Stripe) only. No bank transfers or cheques offered.

Faulty Goods, Damage in Transit:

Your order will be packed carefully before dispatch. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us upon reception of the products.

We can EXCHANGE goods if they are not what you had in mind or change of mind however you will have to pay for postage and include a return paid postal envelope inside and addressed and contact thetrolleystrap@gmail.com before doing so for the return shipping address.

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged for a credit note to be used online.

REFUNDS can be done when goods are faulty only. This means for example: broken or damaged. You will not be refunded on the postage costs and only the item eg. one Trolley Strap means $19.95 is refunded.

Labelling and Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property of the The Trolley Strap items remains the property of The Trolley Strap. 

Disclaimer of Liability:

The Trolley Strap will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by use, display, purchase, or sale of any The Trolley Strap products.

Privacy Statement:

Your business details/ order details/ order status/ financial information, and any other information about specifics of your order will not be divulged to any third party.

Customer Service:

The Trolley Strap is committed to providing great quality goods and exceptional customer service.

Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days. 

In the event that an item ordered is unavailable or unable to be filled you will be notified to arrange an agreeable alternative item or full refund.
